When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 days of a placed order. Delays can happen, although rare. Any questions regarding orders, please message through our website.
When are social media LIVE shopping invoices due?
- Invoices are due upon receiving.
Do I receive tracking for my order?
- Yes, tracking is sent every single time to the email you provided. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Can I return a sale item?
- No, all sale items are final sale.
Do you accept returns on clothing?
- No, however we do accept exchanges. If an item does not work for you, we will exchange it for store credit. Item(s) will be inspected for no smells, tears or discrepancies. If approved, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the item.
How long until my custom candle or room spray order ship?
- Custom orders are fulfilled and shipped in 14 business days. Please see Custom Order tab.
Can I exchange or return home collection items?
- No, due to safety guidelines.
What is your shipping cost?
- $8 flat shipping rate and free on orders $150+ If you order twice in one day, you will only be charged shipping one time. VIP members are charged a flat $6 shipping fee.
Do you take payment plans?
- We provide Sezzle & Shoppay installments. Payment plans can be chosen at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
- No, we do not.
What kind of candle wax do you use?
- We use a Coconut Apricot blended wax. It is one of the best waxes for candle making. Non toxic, containing no phthalates, pesticides or parabens. Free from pitts, debris and smoke while burning, this is in the event your are TRIMMING your wick in between burns. Not trimming your wick in-between burns can cause issues. Our candles have clean burns and AMAZING heat throws. Meaning, YES! our candles will smell up a room + more.
Do I need to trim my wick in between burns?
- Yes! This is a MUST. This will ensure a clean candle burn and optimal result for the fragrance in the candle as well as clean, smooth burns.
Do you hand pour all of your candles?
- Yes we do! Each and every one.
Do you use "Clean" fragrance oils?
- Yes! ALL our fragrances in our products are phthalate, pesticide, cruelty & paraben free. We use high grade, luxury fragrances.
I love candles, but get headaches! Do your candles irritate?
- Due to using only clean fragrances, non toxic and non-paraffin added waxes, you should not experience any headaches or irritations. "Headaches" come from low quality ingredients in candles that you see on most store shelves. Amanda is sensitive herlself and prides on making products for even the most sensitive of people. Scent allergies are different though, please make sure to ask about the fragrance notes, for example: If you have herbal or floral allergies, as a lot of our fragrances do have herbal or florals blends. People are not allergic to candles in general, but can be allergic to certain scents which can cause a reaction.
What steps are you taking to keep a clean environment?
- We sanitize our working space daily and in between creations. While creating, we do wear gloves, a mask, and practice frequent handwashing. We are aware how important it is to keep a clean working space, and you can guarantee that.
