When will my order be shipped? 

  • Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business of a placed order. We DO NOT ship on weekends. Most our orders go out as "priority shipping 1-3 days" once shipped.  Delays can happen, although rare. Any questions regarding orders, please email whimsicalroads@gmail.com

When are shopping invoices due?

  • Invoices are due within 4 hours of receiving. If not completed at that time, your order will be closed and items will return to inventory. If there is an agreement for a later pay date, your order must be completed on the agreed date an no later, if not completed, your order will be closed and items will be returned to inventory. Continued non-payments will result in not being able to shop live shows.

How does summer shipping work for candles and body care products?

  • Candles, whipped body butters and sugar scrubs will only ship Monday-Wednesday. This helps the products from possibly melting due to the heat. Please be aware, this will extend days for you to receive your order. Typically, you will receive your order within 7 business days from order date. 

Do I receive tracking for my order? 

  • Yes, tracking is sent every single time to the email you provided. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you cannot find it.  

Can I return a sale item? 

  • No, all sale items are final sale. 

    How long until my custom order ships? 

    • Custom orders are fulfilled and shipped within 4 weeks. Please see Custom Order tab

    Can I exchange "Home Collection" items?

    • No, due to safety guidelines. 

      What is your shipping cost?

      • $9 flat shipping rate and free on orders $150+  If you order twice in one day, you will only be charged shipping one time. 

      Do you take payment plans?

      • We provide "Sezzle" with a minimum order of only $75!  We also offer Shoppay installments. Payment plans can be chosen at checkout. 

      Do you ship internationally?

      • No, not at this time. 

       What kind of candle wax do you use?

      • We use a Coconut Apricot blended wax. It is one of the best waxes for candle making.  Non toxic, containing no phthalates, pesticides or parabens. Free from pitts, debris and smoke while burning, this is in the event your are TRIMMING your wick in between burns. Not trimming your wick in-between burns can cause issues. Our candles have clean burns and AMAZING heat throws. Meaning, YES! our candles will smell up a room + more.

      Do I need to trim my wick in between burns?

      • Yes! This is a MUST. This will ensure a clean candle burn and optimal result for the fragrance in the candle as well as clean, smooth burns. 

      Do you hand pour all of your candles?

      • Yes we do! Each and every one.   

      Do you use "clean" fragrance oils?

      • Yes! ALL our fragrances in our products are phthalate, pesticide, cruelty & paraben free. We use high grade, luxury fragrances. 

      I love candles, but get headaches! Do your candles irritate?

      •  Due to using only clean fragrances, non toxic and non-paraffin added waxes, you should not experience any headaches or irritations. "Headaches" come from low quality ingredients in candles that you see on most store shelves. Amanda is sensitive and prides on making products for even the most sensitive of people. Scent allergies are different though, please make sure to ask about the fragrance notes, for example: If you have herbal or floral allergies, as a lot of our fragrances do have herbal or florals blends. People are not allergic to candles in general, but can be allergic to certain scents which can cause a reaction. 

      Do you do custom candle orders for your home collection?

      • Yes we do! Please see Custom Order tab.

          Do you handcraft all your home collection items?

          • All our home collection items are handcrafted by us or our wonderful colleagues. All home collection products have non-toxic ingredients, enabling cruelty, paraben, phthalate and pesticide FREE! 

          What steps are you taking to keep a clean environment?

          • We sanitize our working space daily and in between creations. While creating, we do wear gloves, a mask, and practice frequent handwashing. We are aware how important it is to keep a clean working space, and you can guarantee that.
